At The Tire Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Note:

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may initiate a return or exchange by emailing thetirehub2020@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and protective materials.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Returns are accepted within 7-8Β days of purchase.

  • Requests made after 7-8 days may be declined.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.

  • We will help arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Fitment & Special Conditions

  • Items that have been mounted, used, or altered cannot be returned.

  • If a product does not fit your vehicle, you must provide clear photos before installation.

  • Special order items may be accepted at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

6. Restocking Fees

  • Products returned in acceptable condition may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 30%) depending on the item type.

7. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for credit to appear.

8. No Coverage for Labor

  • We do not cover labor costs related to mounting, installation, or removal of products.
