📦 Return & Refund Policy for The Tire Hub

At The Tire Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.
Note:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.
- Tires must be unused and uninstalled to qualify for a return.
- Installed or driven tires cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- Special order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- A restocking fee may apply on approved returns.
- Installation, balancing, and service charges are non-refundable.
- Manufacturer warranty applies for defects in materials or workmanship.
- Road hazard damage (such as punctures, cuts, impact bulges, or sidewall damage) is not covered under standard return policy.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Exchange may be offered instead of refund, depending on product condition.
- Management reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
1. Returns & Exchanges
You may initiate a return or exchange by emailing thetirehub2020@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and protective materials.
2. Return Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 7-8 days of purchase.
Requests made after 7-8 days may be declined.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged product).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.
We will help arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Fitment & Special Conditions
Items that have been mounted, used, or altered cannot be returned.
If a product does not fit your vehicle, you must provide clear photos before installation.
Special order items may be accepted at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.
6. Restocking Fees
Products returned in acceptable condition may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 30%) depending on the item type.
7. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credit to appear.
8. No Coverage for Labor
We do not cover labor costs related to mounting, installation, or removal of products.
